Is there a minimum purchase?

Not at all. You can buy whatever you want at Nana Nutrition and there is no minimum purchase established. Also, all orders are FREE SHIPPING COST. At Nana Nutrition we are transparent and there are no small prints.

How do I pay for my order?

You have different options: payment by credit / debit card, through PayPal, and all those payment methods enabled on the website. Our website has the official approval of Visa, AMEX, MasterCard, PayPal, and VeriSign. We guarantee total security in the payment provided by BBVA bank.

How do I request an invoice?

That ‘s easy! You will receive the invoice just after making your purchase. As soon as the invoice has been issued, you will receive an email from which you can download your invoice. Since the moment you receive the email, you can also download the invoice from your account, provided that you have requested it beforehand. If you need an invoice for a purchase you have already made, just ask for it via email and we will send it to you.

Can I place an order over the phone?

How do I use a promo code?

You can enter the promo code directly when you place your order. These codes cannot be combined. Codes must be entered during the ordering process. Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem them once the order has been placed.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

LANANA® ships only in Spain, giving service to all the towns and cities in the Iberian Peninsula. It does not matter how big the city where you live is or how difficult it is to get there, we promise to take your purchase to any town in Spain and deliver it at your home.

How do you ship my order?

We want your order to arrive in excellent conditions, it is a refrigerated product. For that reason, LANANA® will carefully ship all your products by placing them in a very resistant cardboard box and in a refrigerated transport so that we do not break the cold chain. This way we can guarantee that you will receive everything in perfect conditions.

When will you ship the order?

If you place your order between Monday and Thursday before 14:00, the jars will be shipped that same day. If the order is completed after that time, the products will be shipped on the following day. For orders placed on Friday, products will be shipped on Monday, because our logistic operator does not work with refrigerated products on this day.

Are the vehicles properly refrigerated?

As it is a refrigerated product, all delivery vehicles comply with all technological advances, ensuring that all products maintain the cold chain.

How do I track the status of my order?

We are working to offer the possibility to check the status of your purchase directly from NANA website. Until then, please text us via WhatsApp on (+34) 665 942 540 for further information.

What is the price of shipping costs?

Shipping is free, no shipping costs will be applied. It couldn’t be more convenient!

Can my order be delivered in a different address?

Yes, you can arrange it at “My Account”. Create as many addresses as you need and indicate where you want to receive them on each order.

For how long is it recommended to maintain exclusive breastfeeding?

It is recommended that breastfeeding or bottle feeding are maintained exclusively during the first 6 months of age. After that, the rest of the food should be added gradually, maintaining breastfeeding on demand for as long as mother and child wish.

Why is it important to wait until about 6 months to introduce complementary feeding?

In order to be able to eat food other than milk, it is important that the body is properly developed at neurological, renal, gastrointestinal and immune levels.

What benefits does ecological feeding have for the baby?

Ecological baby food is free of pesticides, plant-protection products or additives. It is 100% natural, made with top quality fruit and vegetables from sustainable farms.

Ecological food is beneficial for babies because it includes all the nutrients, being high in vitamins and minerals. Thanks to it, the baby can taste the natural and fresh flavors of food.

Until what age can I give my baby your food jars?

Our food jars have no age limit. They have the necessary nutritional supplements for babies aged 6 months onwards. They are also perfect for snacks, sauces and supplements for both children and adults.

Do our products have allergens?

Our baby food jars do not have any allergens and are gluten-free.

When should I introduce potentially allergenic foods?

We recommended you to follow the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines: maintenance of breastfeeding and progressive introduction of different foods around the sixth month (never before fourth month). This gradual introduction must be done one at a time, according to family customs, in order to diversify the infant’s diet and improve its nutritional intake.

With regard to gluten, what are the recommendations for its introduction into the baby’s diet?

The current recommendation is to introduce gluten between 4 and 11 months of age, ideally around the sixth month, and in small quantities at the beginning.

Which fruits and vegetables are the most convenient to start with the supplementary feeding?

No fruit is better than other, the decision depends on family tastes. It is recommended to progressively introduce the full variety of fruits and vegetables possible at any of the daily meals.

Are your jars pasteurized?

Our jars are cold pasteurized by a system called High Pressure Processing (HPP) where the jars are subjected to 6000 bars of pressure. This system eliminates all the microorganisms but, at the same time, preserves all the nutritional properties, color, smell and flavor of fresh fruits and vegetables. When you open our jars you will quickly recognize which foods we used and see the intense color of each jar.

Are they suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes, they are. In addition, they have the V-Label certification, which is the seal of guarantee for vegan and vegetarian products. You will find it in our NANA jars, guaranteeing the compliance with the established regulations.

Where do the fruits and vegetables come from?

Most fruits and vegetables come from Spain. Therefore, they are subject to the highest quality standards and they are delivered to short distances, being environmentally friendly.

Where do your ingredients come from?

All our products have natural origins. They are made out of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, we never use pre-sterilized purees as ingredients. That is the reason for their great taste, smell and color.

Moreover, we always look for raw materials that are near our processing plant to preserve the environment.

Why is ECO a better option? Is it certified?

Ecological , biological or organic products are the ones that are certified and must bear the right ecological stamp endorsed by the relevant verification institution. These are products that also guarantee sustainable agriculture, in which no fertilizers, insecticides, or artificial products that do not respect the environment are used.

According to the ecological production regulation, ecological products must have 95% of ecological ingredients and our products have 100% of ecological ingredients. Therefore, LANANA® has been certified to sell ecological food by the ECOLOGICAL AGRICULTURE COUNCIL OF MURCIA (ES-ECO-024-MU). The certificate is available at this monitoring body, with reference number E504718072019.

How can I be sure of the origin of ecological products?

All our products bear the origin seal of guarantee and therefore, we guarantee that we provide 100% ecological products.

Exotic products, such as pineapples or mangoes, come from South America and Africa. We are committed to Fair Trade, which means that our producers support local education programs, improve infrastructures, or train farmers in ecological production.

Do your jars have any kind of preservative or thickener?

No, our baby food jars do not have any kind of preservative, stabilizer, thickener, etc. They are made only with fresh organic fruits and vegetables, and we add extra virgin olive oil when necessary.

Do your food jars need to be kept in the fridge?

Our jars must be stored in cold temperatures between 4-8ºC. This way we keep the properties of fruits and vegetables intact.

How long do the jars last once opened?

We recommend that they are consumed within 24 hours after opening and to keep them in the fridge.

Can I freeze the jars?

Yes, LANANA® products can be frozen to extend their shelf life when the expiration date is near. Besides, you can make ice creams with our baby food, a convenient, funny and healthy idea for the little ones.

For how long can the jars stay unrefrigerated?

To properly preserve the jars, we recommend not to break the cold chain. To transport them, we recommend using isotherm travel boxes. Therefore, with the first order we will present you with a LANANA® cooler bag so that you can take your jars with you in the most practical and safe way.

How should I prepare the baby food jar for my children?

Our fruit jars are ready to eat, just take them out of the fridge and stir them with a spoon. The vegetable ones can also be heated in the microwave, but be careful with the temperature!

What is the shelf life of the jars?

All our jars have a 45-day shelf life from the moment they are manufactured, as they are fresh and perishable products. In LANANA®, we commit ourselves to make sure that each order of fresh jars arrives with a minimum of 15 days expiration date since they are delivered.

Can they be heated in the microwave?

Yes, our containers can be heated in the microwave and they are certified as so (BPA free). First, remove the protective film and if you prefer, put the tap on top to avoid splashing.

Are the jars recyclable?

Every jar is recyclable and reusable. They comply with the European packaging recycling regulations and they are made from 100% natural polypropylene, which makes them easy to recycle. They are completely free from harmful substances such as BPA or Bisphenol, so they are harmless to the little ones.

We want to help you with the recycling. You can keep the box together with all the containers and taps, take it to your nearest SEUR office and with the code we provide you in the email pedidos@nananutricion.com, you can COD send them to us and together we will fight for the environment.

What is Bisphenol A or BPA? Do NANA products have BPA?

Bisphenol is a chemical contained in some plastics used in children’s products like baby bottles, spoons or plates, and it has an impact on the cardiovascular and endocrine systems.

In LANANA®, we stand up for Bisphenol A-free packages, even though they are allowed in Spain and many countries. We aim to invest in your baby’s health.

None of our jars contain Bisphenol A and it is certified as so.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you no longer need a subscription, you can easily log in to the website with your account and cancel the subscription up to 7 days before the delivery date. Otherwise, the next delivery is still running and the cancellation of your subscription will take effect only after this delivery.

Can I easily unsubscribe?

Yes, in LANANA® we don’t set up barriers to cancel your account, you just have to send an email to info@nananutricion.com and we will let you know the steps to follow.
